To make our Harvest festival run smoothly, we rely on volunteers and donations from our wonderful family at Laurelwood. If you are able to purchase any of these items, please turn them into the office with a note with your name attached (so we can properly thank you!)

- Haunted House Setup and Decoration (Setup will begin Oct 16-Oct 19)

- Maze Setup and Decoration (Setup will be morning of Oct. 20)

- Carnival Booth Setups (Setup will start at 11am on Oct. 20)

- PTA Booths (Setup will start at 11am on Oct. 20)

- Harvest Festival Break down and Cleanup Crew

- Food Handlers

- Ticket counters

Haunted House items requested

• Duct Tape (Neon Colors & Black)
• Clear Duct Tape
• Rope (Used to hold up plastic walls in haunted house)
• Small Balloons mostly will need red and white solid colors and packs of multi-colored
• Fishing Line
• Batteries (all sizes, more C's and D's)
• Halloween props for Haunted House and Not-So-Scary Path
• Halloween Spider Webbing White and Glow in Dark
• Glowsticks
• Empty Milk Cartons (please rinse out before turning in)

Maze

• Hay Bale (To borrow)
• Cute Halloween Decorations for our littlest guests

Carnival Decorations

• Red & White crepe paper (10 packs)
