Effective June 1, 2020, District Office - Administration Bldg. will take appointments to accept transfer requests, new student registration, developer fees and other district requests. Masks are required and only ONE adult is allowed to go inside per appointment. At this time, children are NOT allowed inside district offices. Appointments are from 8 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.. Senior Exemption Forms
Due to the current COVID-19, Shelter-in-Place Order, all district offices are closed to the public. Exemption forms must be mailed, along with copies of the appropriate documents (see link below) to: Evergreen School District 3188 Quimby Road, San Jose, CA 95148
