Grade 5-8 YouthTruth Student Survey

June 8-10 we will be asking all 5th through 8th grade students to take the annual YouthTruth Student Survey.

YouthTruth is a national nonprofit that harnesses student and stakeholder feedback to help school leaders and education funders make better decisions. The survey asks students about their experiences with learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, and their social and emotional development while their school sites have been closed. Our school, other schools, and researchers may use such information for developing plans to help schools improve. Although we want to hear from all students, participation in this survey is voluntary. Your child's ratings will not be identified in any reports because results are shared at the group level and student surveys are anonymous. Personally identifiable information will not be released to any third party. Please be aware that under federal law, you have the right to review a copy of the questions asked of your child. Our survey window will be June 8-10. If you prefer your child not to take the survey, please e-mail your child's classroom teacher or principal.
