With the start of the school year quickly approaching, we know there are many questions our Holly Oak Oak families have. Student class assignments will be available on Parent Portal Wednesday, August 12th after 5:00PM. Click the Power School Log In tab above and log on to view your class assignment. If you have not yet registered on Parent Portal, please contact the front office to receive your sign in information.

If you will be in need of a WiFi Hot Spot device for distance learning, please contact Mr. Sanchez directly by email @ email@example.com. Once you send your request, it will be submitted to the district office.

With school starting August 19th and knowing we will start with Distance Learning, we need to survey parents to know if you are attending and also to know if you are in need of support with technology. Please complete this survey to help us with preparing. Details of the schedule and the formal plan for Distance Learning will be shared with you the week of August 10th. Yearbooks can be picked up on Thursday, June 4th from 10:00AM-1:30PM. We will be using a drive up format to front of the office (please do not walk up if possible). If you pre-ordered your yearbook, we will have one waiting for you, if you would like to purchase a yearbook, they are $20 (cash only) supplies are limited.

6th Grade Students: If you have checked out a Chromebook from Holly Oak, that device will need to be returned to the school by the end of the school year (Friday, June 12th). The middle schools are currently working on ways 6th graders can check out new devices from the middle school they will be attending. More information to come. TK-5th Grade Students: Students who have checked out a device that are in grades TK, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 5th grade will be able to hold onto their Chromebook or iPad throughout the summer. The devices will be returned upon the beginning of the next school year. *If you going to move away from our school during the summer, you will need to return your device before the last day of school on June 12th* If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at email@example.com

On Monday, 6/1 and Tuesday, 6/2 we will be accepting student textbooks and library books that were checked out to students. You can turn them in from 10:00AM - 2:00PM in front of the Multi Purpose Room.
