Holly Oak Promotion Ceremony

Honoring the promotion of our 6th graders has been a concern since the day school was closed. This transition marks the beginning of middle school and sets up continued future success. This year, we are faced with balancing Holly Oak's traditions and everyone's safety. In these historic times, we are taking extraordinary measures to honor you and your child.

PROMOTION CEREMONY: We will hold a virtual ceremony on June 12 at 11:00 am. The ceremony will stream online and follow our traditions as close as possible. Every student's name will be displayed like our traditional ceremony. The link to join the Zoom is below and will be published on our webpage for you to share with family and friends. Save the date and time as we prepare to celebrate your child's time at Holly Oak and in the Evergreen School District.

PROMOTION CERTIFICATES: Promotion certificates will be available for pick-up beginning Monday, June 8 and will continue through Thursday, June 11 from 10:30am-1:30pm (Friday From 12:00-2:00PM). Your child will need to return textbooks and the school-issued Chromebook (if he or she borrowed one) at the same time. Students can hold on to your Chromebook to view the 6th grade clap out and return next week to school. All 6th grade students will be receiving a Class of 2020 t-shirt when you stop by the school to pick up your certificate.
