If your child turns 5 on or before September 1st, 2015, it is time to register for kindergarten. If your child turns 5 on or after September 2nd –December 2nd of 2015 it is time to register for transitional kinder. Registration packets are now available On-line at eesd.org. Completed registration packets will be accepted in the school office beginning February 3, 2020. Please note that in addition to the registration packet, parents must have the following items: o Proof of residence (Three pieces of documentation are required. Acceptable items include a PG & E bill, San Jose Water Company bill, etc.) o An original birth certificate or other legal document showing date of birth (i.e. passport or baptismal certificate) Immunization record (California schools enforce a "no shots, no school policy.")
