Registration: New Resident Enrollment Forms

Follow these steps for an efficient and expedited registration process!
1. Visit the district website and click on Grades 2-8 Registration Packet in the appropriate language.
2. Print the PDF and complete each section in its ENTIRETY. If needed, we have extra Registration Packets available in the office. We do recommend having this already prepared to speed up the registration process. Thank you!
3. Bring the completed forms, proof of residence (3 items), birth certificate or passport, immunization record and TB record to the office.
Enrollment Hours of Operation:
Starting April 15, 2019
8:30 am - 11:15 am and 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
