Welcome to the Cross Country Season!
Thank you for choosing to participate in our great sport. Our team has a strong tradition of excellence. With a positive attitude, discipline, dedication, and hard work we can have an amazing season. We have a rich history of spirited and enthusiastic teams that display excellent athleticism and sportsmanship, and this season should be no different. Your coaches are looking forward to an exciting, fast-paced season and we hope you are too! Thank you for your support this season.
Practice
Practice is held Monday through Thursday from 2:30 to about 3:30/4:00 p.m. Athletes must be picked up by 4:00 p.m.
Meet Schedule
Athletes run in categories: 8th Grade Boys, 8th Grade Girls, 7th Grade Boys, 7th Grade Girls, C Boys, and C Girls. For each meet, start times and the order each group runs will be posted at school the day before or the day of a race.
